From the moment I rang F A Stockill's late at night on a Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend, we have received nothing but exceptional service. Paul and Jeff were with us within 45 minutes and while immensely respectful and careful with my late mother, were also extremely personable and caring for my sister and I.
Thereafter Claire looked after us, explaining the process, offering us choices and ideas for the funeral. Working together we put in place a gorgeous and meaningful wreath, a wonderful visual presentation and a lovely reception. On the day, Phil looked after proceedings, again with the utmost professionalism and respect. All in all, while a sad day, F A Stockill's supported us to facilitate a fitting celebration of my mother's life.
