Funeral Transport
We provide funeral transport through our fleet of a classic Mercedes Benz hearse & limousines.
Some families decide to make their own way to the funeral venue. We can also collect you from your home and transport you to the location of the funeral. Limousines can accommodate up to seven people in each.
Is it compulsory
 to have a funeral cortege?
No, not at all. Traditionally we transport the coffin at the head of a procession of vehicles known as a cortege. As with all arrangements though, we can tailor the funeral transport to your wishes.
If you prefer, you can follow us from Snainton, we can come to your house before or we can meet you at the ceremony’s venue.
Please note only the funeral cortege is allowed to drive through at Woodlands and Octon crematoriums. There is a car park close by for all other vehicles.
This may sound silly,
but can we take the scenic route?
This isn’t a silly request at all. The last journey of a loved one is an important one. Within time limitations we can of course arrange a route that takes in key locations for their life. Please ask us for further information.
We can also suggest routes for families who may be unfamiliar with our beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.
